"The children always look forward to their lessons with James and they maintain motivation and pride in their achievements.
James’ relationship with his groups is positive and professional; behaviour and attendance are always excellent.
He has demonstrated a good understanding of differentiation and been able to meet the needs of individuals within a group.
When appropriate James has given feedback both praising and passing on concerns in a confidential manner. James has liaised with parents, held open rehearsals and contributed to events at school, being generous with his time and support.
James has a real enthusiasm for music, which he passes on to his pupils.
He has proved to be a good role model for our young people and I can recommend him unreservedly for a position involving music workshops with a wide range of clients."
Suzanne (Headteacher at Garboldisham Primary School)

"James is a good role model for the children he works with and has high level skills and expectations.
He provides them with a supportive and inspirational experience which the children enjoy and look forward to.
James always conducts himself in a professional manner. He is polite and respectful of the children he works with and to the ethos of the school."
Mark (Headteacher at St Botolphs Primary School)

"James is a talented, hardworking guitar tutor and musician, with high standards; an excellent role model for his students.
My son is invariably keen to attend his guitar lessons and has progressed extremely well under James’s guidance; testament to his teaching and good character."
